Myself and Debbie started Buen Apetito on our return to the UK, having spent nearly nine years looking after the many VIP's frequenting Ibiza and Formentera between 2000 and 2009, with a fabulous team.

 

We took care of literally 100's of clients over those years, including P Diddy, Mick Jagger, Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong, Princess Beatrice & Princess Eugenie, Simon Le Bon, Paris Hilton, Tiesto, Ronaldo, Primal Scream, Hugh Grant, Jade Jagger, Kate Moss, Jamie Oliver, Sadie Frost, Wayne Rooney, Charlotte Tilbury, Nat Rothchild, James Blunt, Sienna Miller, numerous further Actors and Actresses, DJ's, footballers and Musicians, the list really does go on and on and on!

The many sleepless summers took their toll and we finally sold up and returned to the UK. Fast forward to 2014 when we introduced our children to Buen Apetito, fast forward again to 2021 and we are proud to now have our daughters and their partners running the business alongside us, Natasha taking care of staff, whilst also carrying out 'Front of House' duties on the day, Joshua, Johnny and myself, creating all that our menu offers and Dina also assisting with FOH duties too. Not forgetting my wonderful wife Debbie, usually behind the scenes creating the delicious canapes and the many other tasks for the day.

We have been doing this too long to put pressure on you to book us, so relax, you are in great, friendly, family hands!

Our brochure attempts to give you everything you need to help make the right decision, a concise brochure is very important and we also believe in being entirely transparent, so we have also clearly shown the most important part, our costs per guest, so you can very easily calculate what our catering service will cost you! We include ALL crockery, cutlery, staff and equipment - the prices you see are final, no extra or hidden costs!

We offer two levels of service.... 'Relaxed dining' service and 'Plated' service, our 'relaxed dining service' automatically includes staff mingling with and handing out canapes directly to your guests while they enjoy a welcome or post ceremony drink, our starters are placed directly on your guest tables for them to help themselves, our desserts are also placed directly on your guest tables. The main course will be served to your guests as they come to select their choice from up to four menu options in front of them, speedily and efficiently, then returning for seconds too! Yes. you heard this right, we like guests to eat well.

Remember, if you are looking for 'fancy faff' on a plate, then we're not for you! BUT if you are looking for wholesome, hearty, filling food, that your guests will love, and will be completely satisfied at the end, then we definitely are for you!
